The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is one of the most influential Classical Ballet dance organizations operating globally.
Teaching the world to dance for more than 100 years, RAD continues to promote and develop excellence in ballet. The syllabi are taught worldwide, and thousands of students are enrolled in their many dance courses and study programmes. The Royal Academy of Dance connects and inspires.
The Cuban Method of Ballet The Cuban ballet method is a style of ballet that combines influences from Russian, French, Italian and American schools and is known for its technique and footwork. It is organic, extroverted and highly expressive.
The American Academy of Ballet (AAB) curriculum was founded by Ballet veteran, Mignon Furman and is taught by numerous dance schools in over 18 countries worldwide. It guides dancers to simultaneously develop their technique, artistry and stage presence.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body conditioning and strength-building program that prioritises muscle memory development through ballet-specific exercises.
